This project involved the complete renovation and transformation of a 100-year-old property in Middleton St George, which had previously become uninhabitable due to its condition. The aim of the project was to redevelop the property into a modern family home while significantly increasing the available living space.

Our team carried out a full refurbishment of the existing structure while also constructing two major extensions to improve both the scale and layout of the property. A single-storey extension was added to one side of the house, while a two-storey extension was constructed on the other, creating a much larger and more functional living environment.

Throughout the project, we worked closely with the client, architect, and design team to carefully plan and deliver the transformation of the property. The construction process involved upgrading the structure, modernising the internal layout, and integrating new building elements with the existing house.

The completed project successfully transformed a neglected building into a spacious, modern home designed to meet the needs of contemporary family living.
