Luxury Contemporary Home in Wynyard

This project involved the construction of a bespoke contemporary home in Wynyard, designed to deliver modern architecture, spacious living areas, and a range of luxury features tailored to the client’s lifestyle. Working closely with the client and the project architect, the home was developed to create a striking and functional property that makes full use of the plot and surrounding setting.

The structural construction of the property utilised a Steel Framing System (SFS), providing a strong and precise framework that allowed for the large open spaces and extensive glazing featured throughout the design. This modern construction method enabled the creation of several unique architectural elements within the home.

The property includes a number of distinctive features, including a sunken lounge, private cinema room, gym, and a fully glazed atrium walkway, which connects different areas of the house while allowing natural light to flow through the interior spaces.

Externally, the project also included the construction of a three-tiered landscaped garden, designed to complement the modern architecture of the property while creating usable outdoor spaces at different levels of the site.

Throughout the build, our team worked closely with the client, architect, and specialist trades to coordinate each stage of the construction process, ensuring the project was delivered to the high standards expected from a bespoke home in the Wynyard development.

The completed property combines contemporary design, innovative construction methods, and carefully considered interior spaces to create a distinctive modern home.
